About Us

PA Counselling & Training (PACT Ltd) started out 20 years ago with a series of booklets for counsellors which aimed to make theory simple to understand and easy to put into practice in creative ways in the counselling room.

We are also the sister company of Deep Release Ltd, and distributor of their counselling training videos.

Throughout the years our own client work has inspired many more resources. As they say, necessity is the mother of invention, and many of our products started with the thought ‘wouldn’t it be wonderful if I had this resource to use with clients’!

This is especially true of our Roles Played in Families and Core Needs in Families cards, which have been received in a way we never could have dreamed of! It is gratifying to know these tools are now being used around the world and in fields beyond counselling.

With more counsellors now working online we have also developed tools to help counsellors continue to offer creative interventions to their clients via this format.

We also offer creative guides for counsellors looking to deepen their knowledge of working with areas including blocked anger and the Inner Child.
