How long will my order take to arrive (UK)?

We aim to dispatch postal orders within two working days, by Royal Mail first class. Please allow up to a week for your order to arrive in the UK.

How long will my order take to arrive (Worldwide)?

We aim to dispatch postal orders within two working days, by Royal Mail International Tracked. Royal Mail’s estimated delivery times can be found here, but please be aware that current industrial action in the UK, as well as public holidays and customs and delivery services in the destination country may impact delivery times.  

Will I have to pay customs charges on my order (Worldwide)?

Customs charges may be applicable in your country. PACT Ltd cannot be held liable for these costs.   

How do I order outside of the UK?

You can order as usual if your order is under £150 and our checkout will generate a shipping price for you. If your order is for more than £150, please email us with the items you would like to order and your full address for a shipping quote: office@pact-resources.co.uk.
